Free livestream screening of War Made Easy

Event Date: 20th March 2023
Location: Internet 10:45 GMT for film

News media should function so that people can make informed decisions. Instead, all too often, U.S. corporate media are powerful forces that keep people misinformed. That was the case during the lead-up to the Iraq invasion 20 years ago.

Countless lies were told to propel that invasion, and two decades later many such lies are still being told. To end current wars and prevent new ones, we need to set the record straight.

That’s why RootsAction Education Fund is inviting you to a special livestream event - a free screening of the acclaimed documentary War Made Easy: How Presidents and Pundits Keep Spinning Us to Death, followed by a panel that will illuminate how wars get started and how they can be prevented or stopped.
