Ice wall switched on at Fukushima

The latest attempt to reduce the flow of groundwater into the stricken nuclear reactor site at Fukushima takes the form of an ice wall within the soil.  Have a look at the TEPCO video illustrating the concept and keep your fingers crossed that it actually works as intended!
