Even now, as we share with Palestinians their relief that a ceasefire has finally been called in the Gaza Strip, Israel is escalating its violence in the West Bank. Palestinians there have been coming under increased attack by armed settlers and the Israeli army, with Jenin once more under fire and besieged.
It was always clear that we now need to step up our work in solidarity with the Palestinian people, against apartheid and the illegal military occupation.
