Next Tuesday!

February 25th 6pm Central Europe Time (9am Pacific / 12pm Eastern)

3 years since the bloody and destructive war in Ukraine began, hundreds of thousands have died, and both Ukrainians and Russians keep being thrown into the slaughter in a war in which many on the front lines are losing the will to fight. Yet, elite business and military interests keep the war funded and hide the disastrous military and political situation from the public’s eyes in what has amounted to a US-NATO proxy war against Russia fought to the last Ukrainian soldier.

With Trump in the White House promising a peace deal, but also threatening new Russian sanctions and holding the global oil market hostage, it is unclear what the future holds.

The start of this horrific conflict goes back many years to a ticking time bomb whose fuse was lit by NATO. What should the European and global anti-war movement understand to urgently grow the movement for peace in Ukraine and an end to aggressive expansion?

This webinar will look at NATO expansion following the fall of the Soviet Union, NATO and US war provocations that heightened tensions in Eastern Europe, and the urgent need for peace after three years of the brutal destruction of Ukraine.

This webinar is hosted by the Resist NATO Campaign. Learn more about the campaign and get involved today: https://internationalsolidarity.org/resist-nato/
