Mark your calendar: GN annual space issues conference Sept 13

Please mark your calendar for the 33rd Global Network annual conference (webinar) on Saturday, September 13. (Time to still be determined)

The guest speaker will be activist K. J. Noh.

K.J. is a South Korean veteran living in California.

K.J. is a long-time peace activist, journalist, and scholar specializing in the geopolitics of the Asia-Pacific region. He writes for various publications, including Counterpunch and Asia Times, and serves as a special correspondent for KPFA Flashpoints.

He is a dynamic speaker you won’t want to miss. His topic will be ‘NATO-US prepare global war on China’.

Following K. J.’s talk we will have a Q & A period and then an open discussion with the remaining time.

GN board convener Dave Webb will also present a current space issues overview video to start the meeting.

The meeting will also include a discussion of Trump’s ‘Golden Dome’ proposal and our plans for Keep Space for Peace Week (October 4-11) which will feature the theme of international opposition to “Golden Dome’ that will surely create a new unaffordable and deadly arms race in space.

Stay tuned for more information about this important event.
