Register for webinarRabbi Dana Sharon directs the Rabbis network of Rabbis for Human Rights. She was ordained by the Israeli Rabbinic Program of Hebrew Union College (HUC), where she now teaches; she also teaches on HUC’s Year-In-Israel program. Dana holds a degree in Literature from the Hebrew University and an MA in Contemporary Jewish Thought from the Schechter Institute. She was the Social Media Manager at the Israel Religious Action Center for six years and the congregational rabbi for the Reform congregation of Gedera for two years. Additionally, she is a board member of Women of the Wall, served as the Chairperson for Jerusalem House of Pride and Tolerance, volunteered for Jerusalem Rape Crisis Center, and is a former board member of the Hebrew University student union. Dana lives in Kibbutz Nachshon, where she was born and raised, with her life partner, Shay, and four-year-old twins. Anton Goodman is an Orthodox Jewish activist working for peace, equality, and human rights helping to build connections between Israelis and Palestinians on a grassroots level. He is the Director of Partnerships at Rabbis for Human Rights. Anton has worked to promote partnership and equality for Arab citizens of Israel at the Abraham Initiatives and has led national efforts to counter the rise of the Jewish extreme right. Anton’s writing on conflict resolution has been published in Haaretz, the Forward, and numerous journals. He is a member of the Global Diplomacy Lab of the German Federal Foreign Ministry, and speaks at conferences around the world. Since October 7th, Anton has led RHR’s humanitarian aid operation in the West Bank, and focused on growing Protective Presence for Palestinian communities facing settler violence. Anton lives in Tzur Hadassah, with his wife, Anat and their four children.
