Miranda Pinch has just returned from a visit to the West Bank and will share reflections on the realities facing Christian communities in the Holy Land today.

Miranda became an Ecumenical Accompanier in 2009, spending three months in Hebron and returning many times since. She is a trustee of Sabeel-Kairos UK, Communications Lead for Liberal Democrat Friends of Palestine, and serves on the Advisory Forum of the Britain Palestine Project. In 2017 she produced the documentary From Balfour to Banksy: Divisions and Visions in Palestine. She is also a member of the Holocaust Survivor Descendants Network.

Her personal and family history has deeply shaped her engagement with the question of justice in Palestine, and this conversation will explore both the historical and present-day pressures contributing to the decline of the Christian presence in the region.
