Event Date: 14th May 2026
Location: Workplaces, universities and communities.

On 14 May, as a part of PSC’s week of action to mark the ongoing Nakba, we are calling on workers and students to take action, across their workplaces, universities and communities.
For over 80 years Palestinian people have been continually attacked and driven from their homes by Israel and the British government and corporations are complicit in these crimes.
That’s why we are asking every worker, in every sector, and every student in every university, to take part in the Workplace and Student Day of Action for Palestine. Will you join us?Pledge to take partEvery year, Palestinians and the solidarity movement commemorate the 1948 Nakba, where over 750,000 Palestinian were ethnically cleansed and displaced from their homeland, while over 500 Palestinian cities, towns, and villages were destroyed.
More than 80 years on we are still witnessing growing attacks on the Palestinian people. Britain continues to be a key ally of Israel, despite the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the escalating attacks and land grabs across the West Bank.
British universities invest nearly £460 million in companies complicit in these attacks, and British industries continue to arm, trade with, and support Israel’s occupation and apartheid. We must end British complicity, and we must stand with Palestinians in their struggle for liberation, including the return of Palestinian refugees to their lands.
If you are a worker or student, please join us and take part in the Workplace and Student Day of Action for Palestine. This is a day for you to talk to colleagues, your community, friends and family, organise collective local actions and answer the call of Palestinians to build boycott and divestment campaigns.
