Stand Up for Ukraine – tomorrow night!
Hello everyone,
Tomorrow is the big day of our benefit concert Stand Up For Ukraine.
It will be streamed live from the Leicester Square Theatre at 7pm tomorrow (Thursday) night.
The full show will be available to watch on catch up for a week.
Tickets are £10 and all the money will go to the Red Cross. TICKETS ARE HERE
As soon as you buy a ticket you’ll be sent a link to a private youtube page, which will stream the show, and will also be where you can see the recording after the event.
We are also going to be having a raffle which will be drawn live on the night.
So – the live show is on in the Leicester Square Theatre on Thursday 24th March at 7pm. Tickets for that are sold out. We have infinite tickets available for the stream, so there’s still plenty of those left.
LINEUP
If you were on your way to your dream Edinburgh festival and were looking at the program to work out what shows you could see, these ten people would be the ones you’d be booking for. I can’t really believe we’ve got a line up like this. It’s not just strong. It’s the strongest you will see. And that’s a GFS guarantee!
James Acaster, Adam Buxton, Bridget Christie, Amy Gledhill, Nick Helm, Darren Harriott, Rhys James, Milton Jones, Rachel Parris & Sara Pascoe.
The line up is outstanding – here it is again – James Acaster, Adam Buxton, Bridget Christie, Nick Helm, Darren Harriott, Rhys James, Milton Jones, Rachel Parris & Sara Pascoe with Amy Gledhill as MC.
We think each act will be doing about 10 mins of, let’s call it, shtick with the raffle being drawn live towards the end of the show.
RAFFLE
For each whole pound you donate you will get one ticket, and look at these amazing prizes. Your own jingle by Adam Buxton? Imagine having that as a ringtone!
The raffle hasn’t been selling nearly as well as I thought it would, so just between you and me, if you get involved there’s quite a good chance of you winning something…
Remember when they would pull names out of the postbag on Tiswas (or whatever Saturday morning program you watched when you were little)? Well this time it might be you!
OK – that’s it from me. Please come. Or at least buy a ticket. Here’s the TICKET LINK AGAIN and here’s the RAFFLE TICKET LINK AGAIN - why not?
Chris
I am sorry if you are young. When I was your age, instead of all the cookery programs that are now on Saturday mornings, we used to have the most amazing 2 hour long shows of music and cartoons and fun.
