Join Jeremy Corbyn and guests at Labour CND conference SUN 3 APRIL
Good afternoon colleagues. Here are details of Labour CND’s online annual conference this Sunday 3 April 12 noon to 14.30, Stop the drift to nuclear war! For a Labour policy for peace! With Jeremy Corbyn, Tom Unterrainer, Richard Burgon, Katy Clark MSP and other guests listed below. This year’s conference couldn’t come at a more important time. The Ukraine crisis has brought the prospect of nuclear war closer than it’s been for decades. We need de-escalation and negotiations, not the belligerent approach adopted by the British and US governments. You’ll find a programme outline below. All are welcome to attend. Please register here.
If you are a member of CND and of the Labour Party, you’re eligible to attend Labour CND AGM which takes place this year on Monday 16 April, with guest speaker Kate Hudson outlining the threat of nuclear war posed by the Ukraine conflict and CND’s other campaigning priorities. If you’d like to get involved, email [email protected] for details.
Looking forward to seeing some of you on Sunday, Carol
