We cordially invite you to this
online event to explore the legal, technical and institutional measures and frameworks to facilitate the global prohibition and elimination of nuclear weapons. This will include possibilities of a nuclear weapons convention (NWC), a framework agreement and/or protocols to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
Background working paper
The event will focus on the ideas and proposals in
Abolition 2000 NWC Reset: Frameworks for a Nuclear-Weapon-Free World, a civil society working paper submitted to the
10th Review Conference of States Parties to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, schedlued to take place August 1-26, 2022.
