Appeal against terrorism sentencing of Filton 4

Today there was a press conference to announce the appeal of the Filton
4 against their being sentenced as terrorists. (It starts 15 mins in)

It includes an explanation of the law for adding a Terrorism Connection to
an offence and the basis of the appeal.
A doctor fresh back from Gaza gives a moving and harrowing account of the
current situation and why those taking action against the weapons should be
supported.
Also how Israel breaks International Law And the mothers of two of those
imprisoned about their strength and commitment.

Well worth a watch.

Meanwhile in Scotland seven people have been indicted to Glasgow High Court
for allegedly damaging Trumps Turnberry golf course. Charged with malicious
damage (digging up grass, painting some buildings, marking the green with
GAZA NOT FOR SALE etc) aggravated by a terrorism connection!

In Scotland the terrorism connection must be proved to a jury so no adding
it in after the verdict like in England.

Trial some time next year probably.
