Governors buy the nuclear lie
New England governors gathered for a “summit” on September 30 to push for more nuclear power. They argue there’s a crisis, a need for huge amounts of electricity for data centers so we can all embrace the wonders of AI. But, writes Stanley Heller of Promoting Enduring Peace, “there’s a crisis, all right, but it’s not some desperate need for AI.
