Perry World House Annual Report 2025-26

Posted: 9th October 2026

Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to share Perry World House’s 2025-26 Annual Report. Within its pages, you can read about the contributions our experts are making within our four pillars of work—climate change, democracy, global justice and human rights, and security—as well as how we contribute to the immediate policy debate as breaking news occurs around the globe. As we celebrate our tenth anniversary, we are proud of what we have achieved over the past decade and as you will see, it is representative of the tremendous impact that Perry World House has made at Penn, in academia, and within the policy community.

Thank you for being part of our community over the past ten years, and we look forward to sharing the next ten years with you as well.

Best,

Michael C. Horowitz, Faculty Director, Perry World House
Marie Harf, Executive Director, Perry World House
Michael Weisberg, Deputy Director, Perry World House
