Good to realise what can get you into trouble with the police at such protests, so you can make an informed decision how far you want to go.  It’s worth Googling “protesters’ rights” but obstruction of the highway when asked to move by the police is something that can lead to trouble.  If you want to have the opportunity to explain your position and why you are protesting in open court, this may provide a route.  It’s an individual decision and simply going to Burghfield to protest should be fine.
