A message from Kazuhiko Kobayashi, Tokyo

For the 10th anniversary of Fukushima

We shouldn’t be fooled by all the tricks and cover-up:

In truth, the situation around Fukushima has not changed today either! 

- Tens of thousands of refugees from Fukushima still live without  

 any support of the state !!! 

- Despite the originally specified safety limit of 1mSv / per year the  

 Japanese government has applied after the Fukushima disaster 

 20mSv / per year as the new limit value unilaterally without public 

 debate and declared thus all areas up to this stated new 

 radioactive value around the destroyed nuclear power plants as 

 ”already habitable” !!! Even more now, they say: the value up to

100 mSv per year is harmless to the human health without any 

 scientific-medical proof!!!

 Today there is hardly any public talk of the present radioactive 

 damage in Fukushima….... It seems: people would have long since   

 forgotten everything – but in truth: people should forget everything   

 that is inconvenient, even as if from beginning on there was no   

 damage to health from the SuperGAU in Fukushima just tricked 

 and deceived by the Government and the nuclear lobby, though 

 serious diseases like Leukemia, heart disease, etc. continuously 

 increase in Fukushima since then!!! 

The government still prefers the active nuclear policy to the 

citizen’s health as before !!! 

- The nuclear power stations release not only twice as many calories 

 as the amount of electricity generated, but also lots of carbon 

 dioxide into the river or the sea and contribute to global warming. In 

 addition, their nuclear power generation costs are anyway by far 

 the highest. Thus, they are the most polluting and also the most 

 uneconomical way of generating electricity. 

- The Japanese government and Tepco let attract through the 

 organizations indirectly subordinated to them “needy and

homeless people” with “new lucrative jobs” and get them to the   

 destroyed nuclear power plants in Fukushima among extremely  

 radioactive working conditions without adequate protective 

 equipments !!! 

None of that has changed …... almost criminal …. but true !!! 

So we must continue to fight together with solidarity and courage against global nuclear terrorism.
