Nuclear Accident on Dean Hill 30 years ago this January

A reminder of how transport of nuclear weapons can go badly wrong.  This local incident was seen by some of our current members.  For those of us who didn’t witness the event ourselves, here’s a link that has the details:

What follows is an eyewitness account from a Salisbury CND member who was actually there.  

It’s a testament to a life long commitment to opposing nuclear weapons and we are lucky to share our current campaigning with members who have such a long track record of action in this field.
