Strike Action, Trident Maintenance Contractors, Coulport

STRIKE action by private contractors who maintain the weapons systems onboard the UK’s Trident nuclear submarines is set to begin next week,according to reports. The Unite trade union has been involved for severalweeks in a row with the ABL Alliance – which employs the civilian workersat the Coulport armaments depot on Loch Long – over pay.
