Interview: Arms control expert Michael Krepon on a broader approach to keeping the nuclear peace

After serving in the Carter administration, Michael Krepon and Barry Blechmanco-founded the Stimson Center in 1989. Krepon was the think tank’s president and CEO until 2000. He is the author and editor of 22 books, including his newest, Winning and Losing the Nuclear Peace: The Rise, Demise and Revival of Arms Control, published by Stanford University Press.
