TEPCO decisions regarding Fukushima modifications to resist Tsunami revealed

Here is information provided by a former TEPCO employee showing how TEPCO identified the vulnerability of their nuclear plant at Fukushima several years before disaster struck.  However they stopped the planned remedial work, partly so as not to scare the locals!
