Children most at risk
When Cindy Folkers and Linda Pentz Gunter of Beyond Nuclear reviewed the studies on children and exposure to radiation from the nuclear sector, they found those in the poorest communities of color suffered the most. But they remain unprotected. In a peer-reviewed article for the British Medical Journal (Pediatrics Open) the two authors looked at the plight of children and what needs to change. READ MORE
