Stop the War coalition Preparations for National Demonstration on 25th February 2023

This week Zelensky was in town, spouting pro war rhetoric and demanding more weaponry. Anti-war protesting could hardly be more urgent.

It’s not long to go till our National Demonstration against the war in Ukraine as the conflict reaches it’s one year anniversary. Not only are we calling on you to get to London on the day but we need you to get involved in the run up!

As part of our mobilisation effort, we have an action plan to get as many people on the streets of London.

That starts tomorrow with our Twitterstorm (this Friday evening at 6pm) using the hashtags #NoToWar & #PeaceNow

Our Action Plan to Build The Demo:

-Many local groups in London have organised leafletting sessions this weekend and next. Details can be found by clicking here, do join them!

This coming Monday (February 13th) STW is hosting an online international rally. We’ll be joined by some great speakers from around the world to discuss what we can do to de-escalate the war in Ukraine and end the devastation that’s taking place there.

Ever since Russia invaded Ukraine almost 12 months ago to the day StWC have been making the case that the only real solution to the war lies in a ceasefire and a negotiated settlement.
