The use of DU in warfare was/is a War Crime in violation of:

1. The Hague Regulations of 1907, to which both the United Kingdom and the United States are parties;
2. The Geneva Protocol of 1925, to which both the United Kingdom and the United States are parties; and
3. The Rome Statute for the International Criminal Court, to which the United Kingdom is a party.
