AOC serves herself up to the propagandists

The Democrat from Queens posted a series of messages on Instagram about French nuclear reprocessing, all of which were erroneous and using the industry word ‘recycling’. The pro-nuclear lobby immediately seized upon her missteps as a sign of defection, trumpeting her apparent conversion. However, it remains unclear what AOC’s position on nuclear power actually is. Zaporizhzhia peril intensifies

With evacuations of civilians now underway around Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, questions remain as to whether workers are staying put and how safety might be affected. And because the evacuations are prompted by rumors of a Ukrainian counter-offensive into the Russian-held zone, the plant could be in dire peril of a missile strike or worse.
