There’s still time to drastically cut greenhouse gas emissions and save money doing it, writes David Suzuki. But our choices must center on solar and wind. Nuclear power, carbon capture and storage and biofuels would cost too much and deliver poorly. Germany’s high-speed solar plan
Germany has launched a new solar expansion drive that eliminates prior obstacles and re-incentivizes solar implementation. The country is already on track to implement 10 GW of new solar this year and is prioritizing speed of deployment while simplifying regulation and unlocking new locations.
