Saturday saw London’s largest ever demonstration for Palestine. We marched to demand justice for Palestine, we marched to show solidarity with the besieged people of Gaza, and we marched against the complicity of our Government. As long as the brutal attacks on Gaza continue we will continue to march and demonstrate. But to do so we need your help.

Stop the War has always made the connection between the plight of the Palestinians and the West’s war on terror. Following the failures of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, Israel is central to the West’s influence in the Middle East. Our government gives billions in funding and weapons, and provides political cover for Israel’s war crimes. It is time to end the government’s support for Israeli apartheid and brutality.

It was fantastic that so many of you joined us on the streets, shared our social media posts and volunteered to help. But we ask that you do one more thing – become a StW member.

Stop the War is sustained through its membership base. The larger this base the stronger our movement.

The more who join us the stronger we become. Help us keep up the pressure. Help strengthen the anti-war movement.
