The anti-war movement needs you!

The news from Gaza gets more horrific by the day. Our government and the Labour leadership have chosen war over peace. But cracks are appearing and we must intensify the pressure.

We said we would march last weekend and we did. The vicious Braverman tried to ban us and stirred up the far right, but now she has gone. The vote in parliament saw 56 Labour MPs defying the whip and backing the call for a ceasefire in the largest Labour revolt since Iraq.

Hundreds of trade unionists around the country took part in our day of action for Palestine last week. On Friday thousands of school students walked out of their classrooms in solidarity with Gaza, demanding a ceasefire. Yesterday local groups were on the streets up and down the country. And on 25 November there will be another national demo in London.

Stop the War has played a critical role in building the protests and the movement. In the last month we have seen an incredible show of support. Many of you have volunteered to help with the demonstrations, you have organised locally and have taken part in the massive protests in London.

Now we ask that you take the next step and become a member.

By having a mass membership base our voice is amplified. This is why it is so important that you not only join us on the streets, but join us as a member.
