Collusion and corruption. Again?

Georgia Power has secured significant electricity rate increases for its customers to cover cost overruns at its much-delayed and vastly over-budget new reactor Vogtle 3 and 4 project. That has ratepayers and activists asking whether Georgia’s utility commissioners are guilty of corruption like their counterparts in other states, given they have clearly acted against the best interests of Georgia ratepayers by rubber-stamping cost recovery for mistakes made by Georgia Power. READ MORE
