These publications specify the Defence Nuclear Safety Regulations of the Defence Nuclear Enterprise comprising the Nuclear Propulsion Programme and the Nuclear Weapon Programme for UK Ministry of Defence (MOD). DSA03-DNSR is a guidance document and should be read in conjunction with the regulation document DSA02-DNSR. The goal of the regulations is to ensure that the management of safety and environmental protection of defence nuclear activities can achieve outcomes as good as those governed by the UK and international legislation.
