Hiroshima day event in Hiroshima

The Hiroshima Day commemorative event was screened live, at the exact time that the first atomic bomb fell on that city 75 years ago.  Due to Covid-19, the ceremony was organised in a different way to most years, with social distancing and no lanterns floated.  The picture document below hopefully gives some feel for this respectful and moving plea for the end of nuclear weapons on this earth.
