FirstEnergy lobbyist tied to Trump
Geoff Verhoff is Donald Trump’s top money bundler, writes David DeWitt in an Ohio Capital Journal exposé. He was also in the room when FirstEnergy passed a massive bribe to now convicted former Ohio House Speaker, Larry Householder, in exchange for favorable bailout legislation for its nuclear power plants. Verhoff, it turns out, is also a paid lobbyist with FirstEnergy. The plot keeps thickening. READ MORE
