March to End the Genocide in London & Liverpool

Almost 11 months in and Israel’s genocide in Gaza continues to accelerate. Schools and hospitals are still being continually struck by Israeli attacks. Meanwhile, Israel’s murderous oppression is also rapidly escalating in the West Bank and despite Netanyahu’s clear sabotage of the peace negotiations, the Western powers continue to back Israel.

On Saturday 7th September we’ll be marching from Pall Mall to the Israeli Embassy on the End the Genocide – Stop Arming Israel – No Middle East War – No to Islamophobia National Demonstration. We urge people to book coaches, distribute leaflets and publicise the demonstration as widely as possible.

The same can be said of the demonstration two weeks later (Sat 21 Sept) at the Labour Party Conference where we’ll be demanding that Starmer and Lammy immediately end their support for apartheid Israel’s genocide. We need a huge demonstration to send a clear message to the new government that we will not tolerate their complicity in such heinous crimes as those playing out in occupied Palestine. We’ve booked a coach to take people up to Liverpool from London and urge our groups and supporters around the country to begin organising transport now.

These are the latest in a series of demonstrations which has shown Britain to be one of the most important epicentres of Palestinian solidarity anywhere in the world. Let’s stay in the streets and keep speaking up for Palestine.

Flyers are available from the Stop the War office if you want to help promote the demo in your local area. If you can help us by flyering or volunteering on the day, just hit the button below…

Starmer’s Government: No More War! – Andrew Murray

Britain may have a new government, but on the most important questions, it has the same old policies. It is already costing tens of thousands of lives across the world and is leading us towards still greater dangers.

Andrew Murray’s latest pamphlet assesses those dangers in detail. Get your copy now.

No to Increased Defence Spending – Sign The Petition!

Tell Keir Starmer, NO to increased defence spending! He says there’s a £22bn hole in the public finances, yet there’s always more money for war. Increased military spending won’t make us any safer.

We’ve launched a petition demanding that our money is spent instead on improving the lives of people – on better services, climate protection and on promoting peace, not on escalating deadly conflicts.
