Next Sat: National End the Genocide March to Labour Conference
Labour’s decision to suspend some arms sales to Israel is an admission of guilt on behalf of the British government but the suspension of just 30 licences is a tiny fraction of the number Britain issues.
Nevertheless, this is another victory for our movement alongside the reinstatement of funding for UNWRA and the abandonment of a proposal to block the ICC’s warrants against Netanyahu. Now, we have to push the new Labour government to implement a comprehensive ban on arms sales to apartheid Israel.
Join the protest in Liverpool next Saturday (21 Sept) at Labour Party Conference to call on our government to push for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and immediately end its support for apartheid Israel’s genocide.
