Report from CND Annual Conference

Nigel Day, Oxford CND, and Peter Gloyns, Salisbury CND, attended this conference representing the Southern Region of CND.  We hope this report gives you an impression of proceedings.  If you have any questions, you are very welcome to contact us.

The Conference began with a summary of the last year of campaigning undertaken by CND.  This was presented by Kate Hudson, General Secretary of CND.  A pictorial summary based on her slides is available below.

The finances of CND were then reviewed in some detail.  The overall situation still needs attention to bring annual expenditure in line with annual income.

The future direction of CND’s work in the coming year is shaped by resolutions put to the conference.  Those resolutions that were accepted by delegates are listed below.
