SCOTUS to rule on waste

The US Supreme Court could soon decide whether or not to uphold a Fifth Circuit decision that the NRC does not have the legal power to license a private off-site nuclear waste storage dump. Depending on which way the court rules, the decision could dampen the appetites of voracious AI companies eager to expand nuclear power to feed their energy-guzzling operations.  READ MORE
