NIS History
You can read about the history of
NIS, how it grew out of the Greenham Common Women’s Peace Campaign and some of its many achievements over the past twenty years
here. Also look out for the new issue of Peace News with an in-depth interview with current Director, David Cullen and Duncan Barnet who has been with us throughout our twenty years.
New Newsletter Software
As you may have noticed, we have also updated our newsletter, and have begun using Mailchimp to send out our newsletter. This will help us to manage the newsletter better and carry out housekeeping such as removing out-of-date email addresses. You can read their privacy policy
here. Please contact us if you have any concerns or queries. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
DONATENIS could not have continued investigating, monitoring and publishing reports on the UK nuclear weapons all these years without the regular support of Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust and the extra funds from the many other grant givers supporting us with project funds and our many individual supporters. So a very big thank you to everyone who has helped sustain our work.
We need to increase our fund-raising efforts over the next few years and will be launching a Patreon individual subscription scheme later in the autumn. You can also continue to make individual or regular donations by the usual methods using the button above.
