This Tribunal spent three years investigating whether U.S. weapons makers were complicit in the commission of war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity. Specifically, the Tribunal charged the CEOs of Lockheed Martin, Boeing, RTX/Raytheon and drone maker General Atomics with these crimes. All defendants were found guilty of the three crimes for which they were charged.

The Tribunal also made numerous recommendations regarding the military industrial complex, including steps to eliminate the profit motive from weapons production; provide funding for reparations for individuals and communities harmed by the U.S. since 9/11; prohibit war funding through borrowing; and taxing international U.S. corporations for overseas U.S. military operations.
