Possible fines for using DeepSeek

Hi everybody,

FYI, Sen. Josh Hawley has just written a bill so that those who have or use any Chinese AI apps (or DeepSeek) or contribute to open sourcing, etc, will be fined up to $1 million. I heard from a Tiktoker that there might be 20 years in jail as well, but I wasn’t able to verify that by reading this bill… Just an fyi, stay safe everyone… I knew this was coming…
