Global Nuclear Abolition: Why ratifying the TPNW is vital for peace

It is well worth a watch as it summarises where we are and gives some interesting perspectives of how the future might develop.

CND and many other grass roots organisations have supported the TPNW from the start.  It is shameful that the UK government refused to even participate in the treaty talks and now says it will never sign. But that will not stop us from continuing our work with our partners in parliament and across civil society.  

Please ask your MP to sign EDM 1072 – which asks the UK government to honour its commitment to global abolition.
