Nigel Day, Oxford CND, and Peter Gloyns, Salisbury CND, attended this Council meeting on Monday.  The theme was  European Rearmament: are we heading to war?  Kate Hudson provided a very informative introduction and we list the references below as a useful resource for us all. They relate to recent discussions within Europe about increased defence spending and co-operation.
