Join the summer of action for Gaza

Posted: 31st July 2025

Israel is starving the Palestinian people in Gaza to death with its blockade and shooting dead those who try and reach aid. We must take urgent action to pressure the government to do all it can to end Israel’s genocide. Take part in our Summer of Action for Gaza in August and September.

Join the summer of action

Israel’s blockade on Gaza has led to a desperate shortage of both food and clean drinking water to the 2 million Palestinians living there. Whilst international pressure has forced Israel into allowing aid drops, these are hopelessly inadequate to prevent imminent mass starvation. As of last week, over 1000 Palestinians had been killed while seeking aid and more have been killed today.

The British government remains deeply complicit in Israel’s genocide. Whilst Lammy and Starmer criticise Israel in the press, they continue to supply weapons used to attack Palestinians and provide military intelligence to Israel.

We must urgently step up the pressure on the government to take meaningful action to stop Israel’s starvation of Gaza, including ending all arms sales and other sanctions. That’s why we’re launching a series of actions for Gaza throughout August and September.

We will be marching in London, protesting in towns and cities, and taking our campaign to the headquarters of the RAF in High Wycombe and to the DSIE arms fair to say no more arms for Israel’s genocide. Join us.

On Friday 1 August at 6pm we will continue the summer of action with a series of protests in towns and cities across Britain. Once more thousands of people will join us to bang pots and pans and lay them down to represent the Palestinians starved to death by Israel and demand our politicians take action to end Israel’s genocide in Gaza. Join us at a protest in your area if you can. If you can’t attend a protest, bang a pot outside your home.
