Nuclear Weapons - Starmer, & SNP

Sir Keir Starmer has called on the SNP to abandon its opposition to

nuclear weapons, warning that global instability makes the UK’s deterrent
more vital than ever. Speaking to The Herald during a visit to BAE
Systems’ Glasgow shipyards, the Prime Minister said it was “curious”
that John Swinney’s party still wanted to scrap Trident despite
escalating threats from Russia, China and other global powers.
