This weekend, the Labour Party will gather in Liverpool for the start of its annual conference. We will be there too. On Saturday, we are taking the national march for Palestine to Liverpool to send a powerful message to Keir Starmer and the government: End Israel’s genocide. Stop starving Gaza. Stop arming Israel.
Will you join us?
Just last week a UN Commission of Inquiry became the latest international body to confirm that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, adding to a growing consensus of legal experts, human rights groups and scholars.
Despite this, Israel continues to escalate its brutal assault on the Palestinian people and has launched a new ground offensive on Gaza City, forcing Palestinians to once again flee south, overwhelming the few remaining working hospitals in Gaza.
This latest report should have been a wake-up call for the British government. Instead, it is doubling down on its attempt to silence those speaking up for Palestinian rights.
This year, Labour Party members have submitted a record number of conference motions on Palestine – calling for comprehensive sanctions against Israel including a full arms embargo. But Starmer’s party functionaries are trying every trick in the book to block a meaningful debate.
We need a huge turnout in Liverpool to show Keir Starmer that mounting public outrage can no longer be ignored.
Join us on Saturday at 12 noon on St George’s Plateau, Liverpool, L1 1LQor use the link below to book your place on a coach from London, Nottingham or Coventry.
Earlier this week the British government announced its decision to recognise a Palestinian state. Palestinians have been clear that this will remain an empty gesture if not accompanied by urgent action to end Israel’s genocide and apartheid.
This Saturday in Liverpool, help us to deliver their message to Labour Party conference.
Join the march in LiverpoolIn solidarity,
