Russian submarine in trouble

There are reports that a Russian nuclear-weapons-capable diesel-electric attack sub is in severe difficulties due to internal fuel leaks, and has declared an explosion hazard. In the last day or so, it has been towed from the Mediterranean through the Strait of Gibraltar to the Atlantic.
