Next week, to mark International Women’s Day, we will stand with the Palestinian women who are at the forefront of their people’s struggle for freedom. They need our solidarity and support as they face down Israel’s ongoing genocide and apartheid.
Join us at 6pm at Downing Street on Friday 6 March for a rally to honour and show solidarity with Palestinian women.
Stand with Palestinian women
The next day, on Saturday 7th March, we are organising a National Student Conference for Palestine, a chance for students from across the country to come together in person, learn from each other, and strategise for the future of the student movement for Palestine. If you’re a current university student, register for a place today.
Register for the student conferenceIf you’re not a student, please watch and share our video highlighting the incredible work student campaigners have been doing to fight against their universities’ complicity in Israel’s crimes.

Students in Palestine are continuing to study in the most hostile conditions. Israel has bombed every university in Gaza, and just last month Birzeit University in the occupied West Bank was raided in the middle of the day, with Israeli forces shooting at students and teachers. This sustained practice of scholasticide attempts to separate Palestinians from their history, and to deny them the tools to create their future. However, as academics and administrators from Gaza’s universities wrote in 2024, “we built these universities from tents. And from tents, with the support of our friends, we will rebuild them once again.”
Standing with our fellow students in Palestine means ending our universities’ financial and academic ties to Israel’s regime of oppression. Students, as always, are on the right side of history, campaigning for universities as a place of education and liberation, not of repression and complicity in genocide.
Register for the student conference today.
