He explains that warfare on the battlefield is increasingly being replaced by cyber warfare, and that the Iranians have positioned themselves optimally for attacks with over a decade of prep from prior attacks where they gathered data from US citizens and banking systems, combined with pertinent data and codes shared from Russia and China. And that yes, the US knows this and is preparing defense, but that mounting defense is significantly more problematic than offense.
