CAN YOU HELP US RAISE THE £16,500 WE NEED TO GROW THE CAMPAIGN AGAINST TRUMP’S NUKES?

To raise awareness about the fact that there is very strong evidence that US nuclear weapons are now stationed here in Britain, CND is planning a series of engaging bus shelter adverts in the area of RAF Lakenheath. It is critical that we grow the campaign against these US nukes. These bombs are three times the destructive power of the Hiroshima bomb, that killed over 200,000 people. Yet they have been designed by the US specifically to be used on the battlefield, against troops and conventional weapons. Experts argue that these bombs increase the risk of a nuclear confrontation. Given the more and more reckless and illegal military actions of the Trump administration, the presence of these deadly US nuclear weapons here in Britain make us all a target by putting us on the nuclear front line. So we need your help to raise public awareness about why we need to ‘Kick out Trump’s Nukes!’.

We plan to place these ads in major cities nearby to RAF Lakenheath, including Cambridge, Peterborough, Norwich, and Ipswich. We will also prioritise placing the ads at key bus routes used by students at local universities to help bring younger activists into the campaign.The more funds we raise, then the more key bus routes that we can target.
