Can you help Trident Ploughshares?

Dear TP Members and supporters,

Due to the lockdown we are not able to participate fully in celebratory marches and outside activities for TPNW day on 22nd January. However, we are encouraging as many people as possible to stand outside their front doors, ringing bells. Please can you take a picture of yourself ringing your bell (holding a copy of the Treaty in your other hand if possible) and also take a 1 minute recording of the sound of your bell ringing and send it to me on [email protected] The recordings can be done on a smart phone and attached with your message saying who and where the sound comes from. The same with the pic. I will collate the pics and Camilla will be able to combine the sounds into an overall 1 minute recording that will go with a collage of all the pics of you ringers. This will then be shared in various ways. We will be doing this around the country at noon on Friday 22nd January for 5 minutes. 

I have just experimented on my smart phone taking a recording and then emailing it to myself and it works well so hopefully you can all do this if you have a smart phone or some other means of getting a 1 minute sound file to me.
