Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament

In 2025, Britain spent £9.6 billion on its nuclear weapons programme — a 17% increase on the previous year.  The British government is driving nuclear dangers at a time when the risk of them being used in war has never been higher. Meanwhile, public services remain under pressure and millions continue to struggle with the cost of living.

CND is campaigning to expose the true costs of Britain’s nuclear expansion and to make the case for investment in what really keeps us safe: health, education, climate action and public services.

Our appeal is still short of its target, and the coming months will be critical as the government prepares further decisions on military spending and nuclear policy.

Please donate today to help us challenge Britain’s growing nuclear spending and build support for a different future.
