Palestine Solidarity Campaign: can you help us force Andy Burnham to take action?

Posted: 20th July 2026

Yesterday over 100,000 of us marched to Downing Street to send our new Prime Minister a message: stop arming Israel, sanctions now, end the genocide.

Andy Burnham may have admitted that his predecessor got it wrong, but we need him to turn words into action to end Britain’s complicity in Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

Can you help us force Andy Burnham to take action?
 Yes, I can
The Palestinian people cannot wait any longer for Western leaders to find their consciences.

At least 70,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israel’s genocide, with the true number likely to be much higher, with thousands still buried under the rubble of the 90% of buildings that Israel has destroyed.

The so-called ‘ceasefire’ has not stopped the attacks. Just this week, Israel killed at least five Palestinians in Gaza, including through an air strike on a tent encampment housing those displaced by Israel’s previous bombing. In the West Bank, fascist settlers are running wild attacking Palestinians and their property, fully supported by the Israeli military. On average settlers are attacking Palestinians six times a day – the highest rate on record.

Without the support of Western powers like Britain this genocide could have been stopped years ago. It is a moral stain that they have not, but our new Prime Minister now has the opportunity to change that.

Can you help us pile pressure on this new PM with a donation?

Over the past two and a half years millions of us have taken action for Palestine. People of all ages and backgrounds have been appalled by the scenes that they have seen on their TV screens and social media feeds of Palestinians being bombed, starved and displaced and decided to take a stand.

Every action you have taken has made a difference – marching, protesting, boycotting, lobbying and posting.

Together we have seen off a Prime Minister who declared that Israel has the right to cut off food and water to Palestinians and a Foreign Secretary who declared that attacks on refugee camps can be legally justified.

We now have an incoming Prime Minister who admits that his predecessor got it wrong but has not promised to take any concrete steps to address Britain’s complicity in Israel’s crimes. He hasn’t even recognised it as a genocide.

Can you support our work to hold our politicians to account?

One day, every complicit politician, corporation and institution will be forced to apologise for their role in the crime of crimes which has been inflicted on Gaza. But the Palestinian people do not have the luxury of waiting until that day. We must redouble our efforts to make sure that Britain’s complicity ends NOW.

We are expanding our campaigns in every arena to achieve this. But we need your support to make it happen. Every donation you give helps expand our capacity and ensure that we can keep campaigning until Palestine is free – from the river to the sea.

Please consider donating what you can and thank you for everything that you have done to support the Palestinian people during their darkest hour.
